We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic Lead Generator to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of our sales process, responsible for initiating contact with potential clients and generating high-quality leads for the business.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather key contact information.
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products/services.
- Qualify leads by assessing their interest level and specific needs.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database with accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine Lead Generation strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed set targets for Lead Generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A results-driven approach with a commitment to meeting targets.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is advantageous.
