We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth within our organisation.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Identify and research potential clients and markets to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Create and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for expanding the company’s client base.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and gain insights into market trends.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Provide input into the development of new services or products based on client feedback and market research.
- Track and report on all sales activities and results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business operations and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
