Lead Generation Executive

We’re on the lookout for a hardworking and ambitious individual to join our client in Leeds. The sales team is growing due to internal promotions and as a result we’re looking for someone to join this lively and close knit team.
There is fantastic earning potential in this role and bonus is paid from month 1, it’s genuinely achievable for you to make £40,000 in your first year! If you’re confident, great at chatting with people and want to earn good money then this is the role for you.

• Salary increase to £25k after 3 months and £27k after 6 months if targets are met
• £1000 bonus for passing 3 month probation period
• Commission from month 1 - opportunity to earn £1500-£2000 per month after 3 months

What you’ll be doing:

• Call a mixture of warm and self sourced leads
• Fact find and understand more about the customers requirements
• Pitch a meeting for the BDM to deliver a product demonstration
• Confirm appointment details and update the database

We are looking for:

• Sales experience preferred but not essential - full training provided
• Someone who is driven, ambitious and self motivated
• A great relationship builder who can speak to a wide range of decision makers
• An individual who wants to earn money, someone who strives to earn commission
