As a Lead Generator, working for a luxury automotive brand, you will be contacting existing customers whose contracts are maturing within the next 6 months. Your aim as a Lead Generator will be to book an appointment with their local retailer to discuss their options and hopefully take out a new vehicle with the company. You will also be making warm calls to customers who have received marketing information. In addition, you will also be answering customer queries via phone and through their live chat service.
What you'll need to succeed
- To be successful you will need to have experience within a customer facing environment
- Have a good understanding of the importance of customer experience
- Have the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
