Lead Generation Advisor
Pay rate: £14.00 per hour PAYE.Duration: 12-Month ContractLocation: WFH/Tongwell when restrictions allowShift pattern: Rotating shifts; 1 week 09:00 - 17:30 and then 1 week 11:00 - 19:30
Your new role:You will be contacting current and prospective customers through a variety of different sales channels with the goal of influencing the customer to commit to a lead, whilst staying within the FCA regulatory guidelines when recommending products and services.
You will be prospecting to customers through the Outbound Telephony sales channel and making at least 150 calls a day, as well as using live chat to speak to customers.
You are expected to influence 30% of all customer contact into leads whilst recommending suitable offers and vehicles.

- Proven sales experience within a call centre and in a regulated sales environment.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
