We have two openings for Lead Generators to work within our clients Sales Team. A fantastic opportunity to work alongside professional sales individuals where you will not only support the growth of the business but where you will learn, grow and progress alongside it.
The role is full time permanent Monday – Friday 9-5
A basic salary of £23-25k doe along with an exceptional bonus & performance scheme.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Business Development, you will be responsible for outbound sales activities, lead generation, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
Working in a busy target driven sales environment you will be responsible for:
- Generating and qualifying leads through phone calling and data gathering.
- Building rapport with decision makers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and clients.
- Pass qualified leads to the Sales Manager for detailed follow-up.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Skillset / Experience :
- Previous experience of working with B2B or B2C
- Previous experience of with working in within a fast-paced / busy sales and target driven environment.
- Ambitious and growth mindset.
- A proactive sales approach with a can-do attitude.
- You must have the ability to work well within a team and make a valuable contribution.
- Outgoing personality with excellent interaction skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and working with business owners.
- A focus on generating results & hitting targets
