This team is built upon personality, with a range of colleagues working a variety of patterns to suit their individual needs. In this environment personality is key and you’re success is rated on how many good leads you generate, not how many calls you do!
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time, flexible hours that are able to work family requirements such as childcare, or full time but need the right environment for them to succeed in a Sales career. In this role you will be tasked with finding leads for the wider Sales to to chase, and if they are successful you will earn a % of the gross profits, uncapped, regardless of the hours you work. Due to the nature of this position you will need to be comfortable with making cold calls to businesses across the UK, however the nature of the team you are not judged on how calls you are able to make, only on the amount of successful leads your bring in. What they have found is that personality goes a long way in their business, so being a genuine and caring person is the attitude they are after.
