SalarySERT is a Hampshire based Training and Recruitment company, who are looking to enhance their workforce by appointing a Resourcer and/or Lead Generator to the team.
In this office based role, we have opportunities to work on either a 180 Recruitment desk or a Training sales desk - whatever your preference!
This will be a 180 recruitment/sales position working on candidate generation for either the recruitment or training teams.
Working in a small but growing team, you will be supporting a team of experienced Recruitment Consultants or Training Lead 's to generate interest from candidates resulting in business revenue and commission for you!

The salary is depending on experience and is up to 22.5k per annum with a realistic OTE of 30,000.
