Lead Generator/Dm Messaging Specialist

I am searching for a personable, thorough messenger/appointment setter to contact prospective clients via instagram messaging.

The appointment setter's responsibilities include messaging people on instagram & facebook and having conversations with potential clients for Jasmin Fitness.

You will also be expected to book calls with potential leads whilst on the account.

You will be required to keep track of leads on a lead tracker appointed by Jasmin.

You will be required to work 7 hours per day for your client.

Within the 7 hours we will have set targets for you to hit within that time frame.

Results: Will be expected to maintain or exceed booking calls per working hour for clients that when called by client have an average close rate of 80% of packages between £1100- £1500.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging in a specific lead generation strategy on all required social platforms
• Initiating conversations with potential clients
• Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance
• Find potential clients/good quality leads
• Following protocols of booking, cancelling or rescheduling calls for clients
• Providing regular reports and updates on lead generation activities
• Provide insightful feedback to improve processes and implement new ideas effectively
• Required to attend team meetings
• Be able to work to targets set by the coach
• Must understand my niche (asian women and the culture) + what I can offer to them as e.g lead magnets, triage calls etc (my resources)

Requirements:

• Prior experience in lead generation or direct messaging, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and messaging techniques
• Experience in customer service and sales is essential
• Some knowledge or experience of fitness is preferred
• Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style (this is essential)
• Authoritative approach when communicating with my niche
• Salary: £12 per hour
• Hours: 10am-6pm
