Lead Grower

They are looking for a highly responsible individual to join their team as a Lead Grower.  You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of their greenhouse crop right from seed to harvest.

Your key objectives will be to ensure that sales forecasts are met whilst ensuring that strict quality and food safety standards are adhered to.  In addition, you will be responsible for managing our environmental control system to maintain optimal growing conditions.

Our clients are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, ability to work on own initiative and the drive to continually improve product quality.

You would be joining a company that is committed to the environment and dedicated to reducing their ecological impact.  They have recently made significant investment to update all their lighting to LED technology to help offset their carbon footprint and allows the business to utilise greener energy.
