SalaryDeveloping and maintaining the Gynae-oncology pathway. Ensuring that Cancer care develops in accordance to need and is delivered in an evidence based, patient/family focused manner reflecting the principles of continuous improvement through audit of patient satisfaction survey and national guidance within a multidisciplinary team. Key participant of the Gynaecology Multi-disciplinary Team. Develop systems of communication with the Cancer Centre MDT and Nursing Team. Participate in the Trusts Nursing Cancer Group. Participate in the Local Cancer Network. Working in association with the Gynaecology multi-disciplinary team at the Trust, along with allied health professions, Pain Management Team, Macmillan Nursing Team and Clinical Governance within Family Health Develop and enhance links with cancer leads in Primary Care Trusts, along with Voluntary Agencies and Social Services.
