As the marketing Lead Management Specialist, you will join a dynamic and growing global marketing team within the marketing technology team and be responsible for the end-to-end data management of the lead process.
With a deep knowledge of marketing lead processes and systems you will work cross-functionally to ensure that the end-to-end Lead Management process is optimized, automated and delivering high quality marketing leads to nurture to sales opportunities. Using superb communication and project management skills, you will directly impact on the revenue generating engine of marketing operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of the marketing lead process from end-to-end to enable data collection, efficient data flow and reporting, and lead quality outcomes
- Figure out the required data for collection throughout the process
- Utilise technology and systems to ensure the efficient and automated processes for data collection
- Collaborate across teams, such as digital, business systems and data services to ensure that systems and technology integrate seamlessly to enable the lead data to flow optimally
- Ensure the effective measurement of lead quality and own the improvement and confidence in lead quality scoring
- Setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on multiple projects
- Lead an ongoing program with external stakeholders to qualify and cultivate leads through the process
- Continuously improve the Lead Management process to deliver increased lead quality and process efficiencies
- Ensure the Lead Management processes can be implemented consistently both globally and regionally
- Work with the analytics team to measure and regularly report on outcome measures
- Ensure industry standards are met with regard to data governance
- Enable best practice sharing and adoption across the marketing organisation
- Enable supporting teams, sales and marketing, through training, to effectively use technology to drive effective lead generation and conversion
What we're looking for..
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in either marketing or business or from a technical background such as Database Management, Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology. Science related backgrounds with additional educational qualifications in these crucial areas will also be considered.
- 2-4 years of experience managing marketing Lead Management processes including marketing database systems and technology, data collection and organisation, data automation, process management and improvement, data cleaning, mapping, and manipulation.
- Ability to manage complexity and simplify both data and systems in a matrixed environment.
- Experience working with a variety of marketing technologies and systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to distil sophisticated concepts to a broad variety of audiences
- Demonstrable project management, stakeholder management and process management capability
- Multifaceted, enthusiastic self-starter that enjoys working in a diverse team environment.
- Highly organised - able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Adaptable to changing timelines and situations, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Has a solution orientation to solving problems
- Experience / qualifications in specific technologies: HubSpot, SalesForce and Madkudu experience would be a significant advantage.
