What You Will Lead/Do or Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the marketing automation platform (Marketo) and related integrations and data sources (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, On24, etc.)
  • Own, execute, and optimize Marketo configurations to support complex marketing workflows within lead scoring (lifecycle, consent management, data management, etc.)
  • Manage integration, API call, & sync strategy for Marketo and all marketing technologies to maintain processing efficiencies
  • Determine & own strategic projects to optimize Marketo configurations and consult on implementation strategy
  • Own regional campaign operations relationships & lead optimization projects with feedback and first-hand experience
  • Leverage current data orchestration to provide direction on new campaign set up to fill those requirements
  • Continuously audit Marketo instance to help diagnose system bugs, design solutions and implement updates to technical setup
  • Own cross-functional team relationships and own projects to build new processes to support the needs of cross-functional teams, mainly Marketing and Sales and lead handoff
  • Build relationships and collaboration between marketing, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure a foundational partnership with all teams
Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed (Hiring manager provides)
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations
  • Marketo Certified Expert
  • 5+ years experience as a Marketo administrator, with in-depth knowledge in building and deploying Marketo campaigns that leverage various capabilities such as lead scoring, lead nurturing, dynamic content, and analytics
  • A working knowledge of data retention practices and privacy laws, including CASL, GDPR and CCPA a plus.
  • Experience implementing UTM tracking and tagging requirements to support analytics and reporting activities across all digital channels
  • Extremely detail oriented, self-starter who can multi-task well in a fast-paced, growth driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility to multi-task across projects with varying deadlines.
