The University are currently working to a hybrid remote working model. The role As a Student Engagement Team Lead you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective management of student attendance and engagement monitoring processes. This role involves collaboration with academic, Student Services, Registry and Casework teams. The role also works closely with our partner institutions to uphold compliance standards, best practices and periodically review processes to ensure continuous improvement. The candidate Our ideal candidate will have experience in managing attendance and academic engagement processes within a further and/or higher education setting. Excellent organisation skills and experience of leading a team. The role will require advanced excel skills, and experience using student data systems along with experience of providing professional customer support. The role requires effective prioritisation and time management skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build strong working relationships with both staff and students. The role holder will be a proactive problem solver who is open to change and can contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and working practises. You will be able to work on your own initiative as well as effectively within a team, being flexible and adaptable.
