Lead .NET Developer- Fully Remote- up to 95k

Our client a technology brand in the legal space are looking to hire a Lead Engineer to work on an exciting new product which will be used by some of the largest and most prestigious clients.
You will be responsible for managing a team of Front and Backend engineers to set tech direction, design, develop, and deliver web applications using the following tech;

• .NET
• C#
• Rest API's
• Cloud- AWS (Lambdas, Server less) will also consider people from Azure
• Microservices architecture (currently breaking down a monolith)
• MongoDB (or other similar noSQL databases)
• CI/CD
• Some experience of Dynamics 365 would be desirable but not essential

This role would be great for someone that still wants to remain hands on and close to software engineering but also enjoys setting tech direction, working on architecture and design, managing a team including getting involved in mentoring, training, appraisals, delivery and has ambitions to grow into an Engineering Manager within the next few years.
