The Role

An exciting software house who work with a variety of well-established clients across the globe are looking for a technical team Lead Developer to spearhead their upcoming projects.

You will be leading a team of 6 software developers, whilst collaborating across the board with different stakeholders. As well as being committed to helping those around you, you will have a lot of autonomy to produce on the technical side with a real focus on application architecture.

As well as leading the talented team, you will be instilling a supportive environment where everyone can contribute and work gets completed efficiently. Maintaining best practices and development principles from day one as well as being involved in influential business decisions.

Developer Requirements

• 6 years' experience with C# .Net
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with other technical staff
• Azure, CI/CD
• JavaScript, HTML CSS, React

Desirables

• Application Architecture
• Umbraco (or other CMS)
• Agile experience
