Ensuring a high standard of excellence in Occupational Health and Wellbeing throughout the organisation.
You will have an Occupational Health qualification and be competent in delivering manager referrals/case management and will also be expected to also take on some leadership responsibilities.
To apply applicants must have experience of the following:
- Experience of managing elements of an Occupational Health service
- Experience in leadership within an Occupational Health department
- Experience of leading and delivering programmes of change within an Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service.
- Provide occupational case management and manage own workload
- Maintain policies and procedures
