Salary: Up to 60,000 + Benefits
About the Role:
As the Lead Pre-Operations Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team in executing tasks while ensuring alignment with established Start Up, Commissioning, and Pre-Operations processes. Your duties will encompass contributing to the training requirements for future facility end users, facilitating successful project handover, and monitoring work progress with the ability to implement corrective measures when needed. Collaborating with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team, you will also engage regularly with other project teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. Recognized as potential future Managers and Senior Managers, Lead Engineers have an excellent opportunity for career advancement within our long-term program.
Requirements:
- HNC or equivalent Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline
- Experience in leading or supervising teams in a technical/engineering environment
- Strong communication skills due to collaboration with various stakeholders
- Effective leadership abilities with a willingness to develop further
- While experience in Nuclear or a highly regulated environment is beneficial, we encourage individuals with relevant skills and experience, even if new to the industry, to apply.
