Lead Process Analyst

Salary £29,000 - £33,000 Depending on experience

Permanent

FT – 35 hours per week

Hybrid – Home & Ashford Hub

As a Lead Process Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying areas where improvements can be made to enhance customer and colleague experience and efficiency. Working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, you will ensure that as a team, you create robust and scalable solutions that, when delivered, exceed expectations.

Reporting to the Head of Process & Automation you will be working within a dedicated team with a continuous improvement mindset, whilst acting as a mentor to others in the team.

Main Responsibilities

As our Lead Process Analyst, you will be directly responsible for mapping complex processes to create clarity on both how we function and where there are opportunities to improve.

Your accountabilities will include;

  • Having a strong understanding of the capabilities of robotics and being committed to keeping this up to date as the software advances
  • Lead discovery sessions to ensure a full understanding of the “as is” process and work with SMEs to build a robust “to be”
  • Effectively re-engineer processes when needed
  • Effectively remove blockers to ensure the robotics programme delivers with precision pace
  • Managing aspects of the change cycle – for example, daily stand-ups/ retros
  • Supporting developers through the development lifecycle, ensuring blockers are effectively removed to avoid hindering deadlines
  • Monitor the performance of deployed automation ensuring and post-production issues are highlighted and resolved within the agreed timeframes
  • Support the development of the analysts through honest feedback and effective coaching
The Ideal Candidate

Our new Lead Process Analyst will have experience as a business analyst and certification in Lean Six Sigma.

Whilst industry-specific knowledge isn’t essential, it would be advantageous to have experience within the financial services or a regulated industry.

Other skills and experience required include:

  • Strong understanding of robotics, ideally UiPath
  • Effective negotiator and influencer
  • Extremely adaptable and able to balance multiple priorities at once
  • Effective leadership & management
