We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Project Delivery Lead to join our team in London (UK). As a Project Delivery Lead for the allocated division, you will ensure that all marketing collateral and workflow from brand teams are managed efficiently to all relevant departments. Overseeing all resource planning and traffic management, ensuring that the development of all projects occurs in a timely fashion, adheres to a quality brief and meets the high-quality standards required Main Duties and responsibilities: • Developing close and productive working relationships with all the wider teams, showing leadership and support to surrounding divisions when needed and educating in efficient ways of working. • Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of brief allocation and traffic management of campaigns through the development process, as well as rigour of version control and feedback. • Full accountability for brief management for the allocated division from brand and or the wider PMI Business providing development and feedback with any additional requirements. • Working within Workfront to manage timelines, key milestones, deadlines, creative proofs and all consolidated feedback in one place. • Supporting senior management optimising good traffic and planning management techniques to ensure the above. • Lead Project Management delivery processes for ways of working within the toolbox/project and be accountable of all integrated teams for high quality production. • Oversee the resource planning process for the divisional creative team in driving the Workfront planning process and bookings. • Track and create visibility of all workflows through the relevant teams at any given time and manage against Workfront planning processes. • Ensure the right level of expertise internal/external is applied to each piece of working in conjunction with senior management. • Triage briefs and budgets to minimise time and limit overinvestment in resources up front. • Highlight and flag to senior management when there is a requirement to expand the team via the use of freelancers and support in managing budgets. • Act as Brand Guardians ensuring synergy and continuity across all creative cycles and content streams. • Hold weekly status meetings for full business alignment, flag any mitigations with a plan for success. • Champion new processes and better ways of working with the divisions you lead. Working together to share resources where required, support Head of Studio Operations. • Ensure effective communication, foster positive working relationships and teamwork. • Drive creative innovation through the category and share best methodologies. • Continually working with internal and external teams to support sign off and oversight of KV’s, shoot assets, channel assets and delivery • Working with Production team to flag toolboxes/projects that will need any shoots/cgi/retouching/editing, highlighting these early so that planning can be arranged, involvement in creative KO’s and reviews and that PPM’s are booked and met. • Successful asset management uploads for markets to the DAM. Finance and Reporting: • Effective reporting management, developing Asset forecasts, positive solutions, and documented action plans to maximise best results. • Performing risk analysis on leading toolboxes/projects with a view to mitigating all project risks. • Recognise and flag when any finances costs through Workflow for external agencies/freelancers would be required in a timely manner and working closely with senior management.
