Work type: 4 Days per week in the office

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Equity Shares + Two salary reviews within the first year.

We're partnered with a client who is in South West London and is looking for a Lead React Developer to join their team permanently.

Please note, that you must have the right to work in the UK as sponsorship cannot be provided for this position.

What you'll be doing.

• Research, conceive and develop applications to create, extend and improve insurance systems.
• Build efficient back-end features in React.
• Leading a team of engineers.
• Work closely with back-end engineers.
• Participate in architecture design and code reviews.

What you'll need.

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in React development, with a proven track record of building Web Applications.
• Creating Web Applications from scratch
• Experienced in leading teams and projects, showcasing the ability to mentor an guide junior developers.
• Availability to work in the office at least 4 days a week initially, with potential for flexibility.
• Examples of Web Applications and projects showcasing your skills and experience in React development.
• Experience with JavaScript ES6, JS frameworks (React), HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of data visualisation libraries (Highcharts.js, D3.js)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with UX design is ideal but not essential.
