The Sourcing Manager works cross-functionally with MMCo’s OpCos, Financial, Marketing, IT, and Legal communities to execute complex projects related to the sourcing and procurement of numerous indirect spend categories that include office supplies, IT, travel, human resources, facilities, and other miscellaneous categories. This individual’s primary responsibility is to build and maintain relationships with internal clients and provide expertise and counsel to deliver maximum value while reducing costs and mitigating risks.The role will operate on a Hybrid model with 3 days based at the Head Office in London.Category ManagementDrive Category Management process for Facilities Management and Office Services.Be a Procurement SME for Facilities Management and Office Services.Identify data led new opportunities through best-in-class category management processes with alignment to internal stakeholders and other cross-functional teamsContribute to the development of long-term strategic category plans for Facilities Management and Office Services.Develop best procurement practices and support implementation of these practices across Facilities Management, and Office Services.Contribute to the development of GSP objectives, strategy, processes, and tools.
