About the role:
At Old Willow House the People We Support enjoy different sort of activities. They like going out to enjoy themselves, which might be a a Day Centre, local pub or just to the local park where they go for a walk. All 6 People We Support living here have different interests and enjoy different things, which could be small or big. There are no two the same days. As a Lead Support Worker you will be making a difference to the People We Support lives, supporting them with day to day activities whilst supporting your work colleagues at work. You will be working closely with the another Lead Support Worker, Assistant Locality Manager and Locality Manager to ensure good quality support is delivered and ensure compliance.
