Lead Systems Modeller

Do you have Systems Modelling experience? Do you want to work on exciting safety critical projects? If so, we have a great opportunity working for an established engineering consultancy who’s specialism is bridging the gap between strategy and operations. They are looking for people who can lead others and want to use their Systems Modelling experience to shape challenging projects.
As a Lead Systems Modeller, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of complex decision analysis projects for clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant contribution by leading on Digital Twin, Systems Dynamics and Critical Systems Dynamics modelling activities.
Personal Attributes

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics, social sciences) or equivalent experience.
• Experience of full systems lifecycle.
• Experience of Digital Twin, Systems Dynamics or Critical Systems Dynamics
• Proven ability to lead and manage junior consultants and deliver projects to a high standard.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Consultancy or management consultancy background would be very helpful.
• Full UK Security Clearance (SC) with continued eligibility is mandatory.
