Thereis an opening for a Lead Technical Test Engineer working on a major client siteto be a member of a test team delivering test services to a large and diverseportfolio of infrastructure and applications projects across multipleclassifications and sites. The role canbe based from either Porton Down or Portsmouth, there is some flexibility inhome working 1-3 days per week.
What you'll bedoing:
As a Lead Technical Test Engineer will beresponsible for the delivery and implementation of Agile / Dev-Ops testingservices (inc automation). As part ofthe test service, you will contribute by helping to develop Strategies,creating Test Estimates, Test Approach and Definition Documents, executing TestScripts, Evaluating and Reporting of the results and the management of defects
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum Security Clearence of SC
- ISEB or ISTQB accreditation, Intermediate (Advanced) or higher
- AGILE / Dev-ops test
- Manual AND automated testing process, techniques and their application in an Agile / Dev- Ops environment. Manual IT Infrastructure testing, Consisting of
- Windows / Linux , both Virtual and physical | Clients (win 2010(+) & Centos 7(+)) | servers (win2012R2– 2019)
- Competent in the production of all forms of documentation utilising the standard Microsoft Office suite
It would be greatif you had:
- DV Cleared (or is potentially looking to obtain DV or higher)
- SNoW certifications
- Automated testing (Creation and maintenance of automated frameworks | Automation Scripting | Automation test tools | Creation of automated test artefacts for the testing of applications and infrastructure | Execution of automated testing activities | Evaluation and Reporting of test results)

- M365
