As a ServiceNow Environment Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering ServiceNow Managed Services to our clients. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of clients' ServiceNow environments, being responsible for changes, upgrades, and day-to-day maintenance. Leading a dedicated team, you'll collaborate closely with clients, oversee releases, and provide strategic recommendations to align services with their evolving business goals.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing changes and ensuring the controlled operation of on-premises ServiceNow environments.
- Leading and developing a team of ServiceNow specialists for managed services, support, and enhancements.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Overseeing day-to-day operation and maintenance, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
- Planning and coordinating regular upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Leading release management activities and backlog management for development teams.
- Proactively leading project teams to innovate service delivery.
- Effectively communicating with project sponsors, collaborators, and management.
- Resolving brought up incidents, issues, and service requests to maintain high client satisfaction.
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrable experience in managing ServiceNow Managed Services or similar IT service delivery roles.
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, functionalities, and modules.
- ServiceNow certifications, particularly in IT Service Management, are highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of successful service delivery.
- Excellent client-facing skills, encouraging positive relationships.
- Solid problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management frameworks.
It would be great if you had:
- Current ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, Certified Administration CSA.
- Hold SC Clearance and willingness to be put forward for DV clearance.
