This permanent role is very exciting and for someone forward thinking, who is keen to work in a Greenfield environment, where you will have the responsibility of creating and shaping a new centralised contract management function. You will be in charge of recruiting and managing 2 x Contract Managers, so a chance to build out and shape the team as your own.
You will be responsible for updating policies and procedures, establishing the use of a contract management platform along with reporting KPIs and Service Credits. This role will be an integral part of the Supply Chain function and you will hold key responsibilities associated with the delivery and success of all contracts.
Requirements:
- You will need to be able to adapt to a hybrid working model with 2 days office attendance per week in Central London
- Proven track record of working in Contract Management across both the Private and Public Sector
- Knowledge of a wide range of contract conditions (standard commercial contracts, consultancy agreements, NDA's, etc.)
- Understanding of Procurement within both the Private and Public Sector marketplace is essential
- Strong Stakeholder Management and Negotiation skills
- Experience with establishing a new Contract Management function would be advantageous
- Experience using the Jagger Contract Management platform would be advantageous
