Senior Commercial & Contracts Manager | South Yorkshire | Public Sector | Permanent | £47,000 - £52,000 | 2 days per week on-site
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a public sector organisation in South Yorkshire, to recruit a Senior Commercial & Contracts Manager on a permanent basis.
This individual will take responsibility for a category team, as well as working proactively with the wider procurement team to take ownership on a range of complex and strategic projects.
The role offers a hybrid working policy; with the requirement to attend the office 2 days per week, with the other 3 days working from home. This role offers a generous benefits package.
Role:
- Lead and oversee complex and strategic procurement projects
- Create and oversee Commercial and contract management strategies for a spending portfolio
- Negotiate with and influence internal and external stakeholders
Individual:
- Experience and knowledge of public sector procurement
- MCIPS qualification (essential)
- Experience at a similar level, with experience of managing and mentoring staff
