A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Training Electrical Technician to join a UK wide company in the Bristol area.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to start working for a prestigious company in the Bristol area with incredible progression opportunities, on the job training with internal facilities, close nit team and broad learning opportunities and career progression pathways and movement within the company.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Working with new Electrical Technicians
- Training and supporting learning of technicians
- Supporting new and existing processes
- Developing technicians and their skills
- Academic and vocational training/study
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Time served Electrical apprenticeship or HNC, HND/ higher education
- Experience in delivering training or being comfortable with doing this
- Panel wiring experience
- Electronics and PLCs
