Leadership & Management Apprenticeship Tutor (Level 3-5) -Northwest/Cumbria/Carlisle/Hybrid, Up to GBP33,000

We are looking for a Trainer to join our Apprenticeship team to deliver the Level 3 & 5 Leadership & Management Apprenticeships to employed professional learners across a range of employers.

Reporting to our Apprenticeship Manager, you will make up an essential part of the Logistics training team. You will join a hybrid/remote team consisting of Learning Advisors, Tutors and support staff to deliver high quality apprenticeships to our clients. We are an apprenticeship training specialist with well known clients across all sectors which include large household names. The successful candidate will deliver this programme to help shape and develop the management skills of future Industry leaders.

This role will involve lesson planning, delivery and marking/assessing. It is essential that you have previously delivered Leadership & Management at Level 5 and that you are qualified to at least a Level 5 or above. Acting as a subject matter specialist you will be expected to drive the development and delivery of this specific and interesting programme for a case load of learners. We have highly developed resources to support delivery and you will be provided with all of the hardware such as lap top and phone to set up your home office for hybrid working.

The head office is based at Carlisle Airport Business Park with additional sites across the UK for regional delivery of training.

We are looking for someone who has a teaching or training qualification which can be one of the following;

• Level 5 DTLLS or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (or equivalent);

• Certificate in Education;

• Postgraduate/ Professional Graduate Certificate in Education

• Evidence of relevant teaching experience in an education, coaching or assessing context;

It would be advantageous but not essential if you have the following;

• Delivery experience of CMI or ILM Qualifications

• Experience of Ofsted inspections

• Understanding of ESFA funding requirements

Having at least 5 years previous managerial experience is preferable
