– Guide learners through their apprenticeship journey, providing detailed feedback to enhance their portfolio.
– Collaborate closely with Facilitation and Functional Skills teams to ensure each participant progresses effectively.
– Tailor support and assessment methods to meet diverse learner needs and provide necessary adjustments.
– Drive innovation and continuous improvement through the review of learning materials and assessment methods.
– Participate in standardisation efforts to maintain quality and consistency within the team.
