Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a well known brand based in Oxfordshire. Our client are transforming their HR function bring great change and growth within the business. Based in Oxfordshire ( bordering Berkshire) you will be on site three to four days a week - they have a brilliant culture and want to sustain that with their employees working together! Fab offices too!
What will you be doing
As leadership development manager you will be responsible for the management and leadership development strategy and formation. This role will enable you to work across the full scope - from analysis, design, delivery and evolution. You will be working with the senior leaders in the business - so will need to demonstrate strong leadership development exposure in previous organisations. You will lead the redesign and implementation of programmes across leadership and senior management and ensure you have curated a digital learning platform and ensure usage across the business
What are we looking for
As we have mentioned, this business is high pace and going through change - you will need to show proven history in a similar environment and be able to lead on all programmes at management and leadership levels. At interview we would like to see a strong track record of programmes ownership and design - a lot of energy and passion too!
