SalaryHays are delighted to be working with a large manufacturer who are global leaders in their field.They are seeking anIT Development Team Lead to join their IT department and be involved in providing leadership and technical support.
What you’ll do:
You will lead a team of BI Analysts and Software Developers to deliver business improvement projects using various technologies and methodologies.
You will also advise the business on scope and options for continuous operational improvements, manage and support the development of improved business process models, communicate and plan the implementation of agreed business process changes, and create and maintain reports for management and SMT.
What you’ll need:
You must have experience in designing, developing, maintaining and supporting complex software solutions:
- Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI
- C#, ASP.NET, MVC
- Web API, Entity Framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap,
- Source control, agile, cloud, testing, and DevOps tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
