Form of work Hays are delighted to be working with a large manufacturer who are global leaders in their field.They are seeking anIT Development Team Lead to join their IT department and be involved in providing leadership and technical support.
What you'll do:
You will lead a small team of Software Developers and BI Analysts to deliver business improvement projects using various technologies and methodologies.
You will also advise the business on scope and options for continuous operational improvements, manage and support the development of improved business process models, communicate and plan the implementation of agreed business process changes, and create and maintain reports for management and SMT.
What you'll need:
You must have experience of designing, developing, maintaining and supporting complex software solutions:
C#, ASP.NET, MVCWeb API, Entity Framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsWhat you'll get:
