Description
As a Lean Six Sigma Manager within this organisation, your role will predominantly be client facing. Working with a wide portfolio of clients, you will lead direct client engagements where process improvement consultancy is required and lead process improvement initiatives internally to ensure that you maximise client exposure.
Depending on whether you have people management experience, you may also be responsible for a small number of Analysts who you will be expected to develop and grow throughout their career.
Profile
The successful candidate must have professional services experience, legal or big 4 consultancy experience preferred.
Minimum expectation for the successful candidate is to be green belt certified, preference is that you will be a Lean Six SigmaBlack Belt.
The successful candidate must have experience working in a similar role previously whether that be in a people management/ non-people management capacity; you must be able to give strong examples of operational excellence/ process improvement/ Lean Six Sigma projects that you have worked on previously.
