Change Lead (Six-Sigma, Black-belt)
Location: Glasgow – Hybrid working
Salary: £47-59K (up to 20% Performance Bonus + Healthcare)

We’re looking for a Lean Six SigmaChange Lead, to help lead and manage a variety of strategic improvement and transformational initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead a variety of digital change and transformation projects, working within Business Transformation, and will be focussed on Transmission related digital projects and process improvements. The aim will be to enhance our customer’s experience through digital innovation, bringing value to the customer and the business.
You’ll work across complex programs of work, building relationships, and engaging with SMEs to define our ‘AS-IS’ and ‘TO-BE’ digital solutions processes. You’ll facilitate change, carrying out impact assessments and developing change roadmaps.
You’ll drive strategic change by leading/ coaching continuous improvement, championing innovation, and operating with agility.
You’ll lead the people side of change (using Prosci Change Management framework) defining measurable goals and metrics for success.
You’ll support the development of Business Cases to justify investment and demonstrate value case.
You'll work with business stakeholders to define business cases and carry out cost-benefit analysis, working with key internal stakeholders to shape and define an optimum Target Operating Model for SP Transmission”
What we’re looking for
  • Experience leading Digital transformation projects
  • Previously accredited; Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), or Prosci Change Practitioner, or Agile Scrum Master
  • Proven ability to implement change in a complex organisation
  • Able to set stretch goals & deadlines aligned with business and customer priorities
  • Challenge status quos and champion continuous improvement
  • Maintain a wide, diverse, inclusive network to help develop ideas and facilitate innovation to meet business goals
  • Able to demonstrate achievement of measurable business impacts or results
  • Able to manage conflicting requirements and demonstrate resilience to deliver project outcomes and results within tight project deadlines
