- Working alongside functional and detailed design Engineering to manage changes to the ships product baselineEnsuring that change sentenced through the Change Boards is planned, managed, and processes efficiently and effectivelySupporting the development, setting, leading, and maintaining Change Management Policy and Process for the programmeProviding leadership and management of the Change Forecast/Prediction and implementation of contingency managementEnsuring the technical and programme performance measurement baselines are managed and maintainedSupporting, leading, developing, and motivating the reporting staff to ensure they are aware of and capable of delivering their work scope
- Experience/understanding of working within configuration/change rolesExperience/understanding of project controls or project managementExperience of large complex heavy industry programmes and embodiment planningStrong data analysis experience
- Exposure to PLM toolsets e.g. Windchill or Team Centre
