Responsibilities:
Training Program Design and Implementation:
- Collaborate with project managers and subject matter experts to design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the construction industry.
- Develop and facilitate hands-on workshops and simulations to enhance practical skills.
Safety and Compliance Training:
- Ensure that all employees receive necessary safety training, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Implement compliance training programs to align with project-specific requirements.
Skill Assessment and Development Plans:
- Work closely with project teams to assess skill gaps and develop targeted learning plans.
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement in technical competencies and project-specific skills.
Apprenticeship and Graduate Programs:
- Oversee apprenticeship and graduate development programs, providing mentorship and structured learning experiences.
- Collaborate with universities and educational institutions to strengthen talent pipelines.
Learning Technology Integration:
- Evaluate and implement digital learning tools to enhance training effectiveness.
- Manage the learning management system to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and delivering learning programs
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate training initiatives across multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and other digital learning technologies.
