As a vital member of our clients team, your role will be to actively engage with learners, attending events, and collaborating with Job Clubs and Jobcentre Plus (JCPs) to identify and guide individuals into suitable programs around Lancashire.

Do you have IAG experience ? along with an appetite for engaging learners on various employability programmes, working with partners around the Lancashire area ?

Your role involves offering comprehensive information, advice, and guidance to learners, tracking their progress, and providing support as needed. You'll inspire and motivate individuals to pursue sustainable employment opportunities while assisting in various projects and promotional activities. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to empower individuals by facilitating skill development and enhancing their future prospects through effective promotion and marketing of courses. The pivotal role where you'll actively engage with learners, attending events, and forging partnerships with Job Clubs and Jobcentre Plus (JCPs) to connect individuals with suitable programs. Key Tasks

Build relationships with external organisations to ensure continued referral source, source suitable employment and placement opportunities for learners, engage customers on to our clients programmes through CRM contact, job events, JCP marketing and other marketing techniques.

• To ensure that all activities are planned and delivered effectively enabling all learners to fulfil their potential
• Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders including employers to ensure the smooth operation of all processes
• Attend appropriate events to promote and engage with potential learners
• Inform line manager of identified outreach locations suitable for programme delivery
• Provide advice and guidance to learners’ pre-entry and on course
• Support tutors with attendance and provide a weekly progress update to management every Friday by 12 noon to include learner’s numbers, courses, opportunities and AOB
• To support in ensuring all learner paperwork is completed and returned
• Update CRM with leads, opportunities and all contact
