About the Role
To identify potential learners through proactive community and stakeholder engagement, promoting the company and the services delivered to engage individuals to enrol onto the programmes.
Responsibilities
- Creation of learner referrals network to include all local stakeholders
- Promotion of the companies services to all relevant stakeholders
- Interview all potential learners
- Create and maintain learner and stakeholder databases
- Maintain regular contact with learners and local stakeholders
- Achieve monthly start, placement and progression targets as per delivery profiles
- Support learners to secure work experience placements and manage customer attendance on work placements.
- Conduct work placement risk assessment
- Attendance at all relevant networking meetings
- Accurate completion of recruitment paper work as the initial part of the funding administration process
- Liaise and communicate with other team members to ensure learner progress
- Registering new learners, managing online advertising, and updating the vacancy management system
- Development/maintenance of relationship with employers to ensure learner progress
- Act as the local Safeguarding Representative, ensure company procedures are adhered to
- Any other duties as required by the SMT and line manager
Skills and experience
- IAG Level 3 qualification (desirable)
- Safeguarding Level 2 training (desirable)
- Expert communicator both written and verbally
- Passionate about people
- Sensitive to the needs of learners, young people and vulnerable members of society
- Ability to travel around East Midlands
- Professional demeanour to represent our client and the national programme in the best light
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
- Resilient and able to seek new business opportunities
- Organised and punctual
- Able to work as an integral team member
- Able to deliver work at a high standard
- IOSH (desirable)
