The Role: The Learning & Development Administrator will work alongside the team to provide administrative support, playing a key role in overseeing day to day tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Super user of the Learning Management System
- Responding to enquiries and supporting the care homes
- Managing event bookings and attendance for our leadership programmes
- Upload content and resources to the Learning Management system.
- Ensure the intranet is updated with accurate information.
What We're Looking For:
- Accurate data entry skills
- attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience in managing data.
- Experience of using HR systems
