As a Learning and Development Advisor, your role is to support the Learning And professional development needs of individuals across the organisation. You play a crucial role in helping employees enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
Daily Duties:
- Supporting the L&D Manager and line managers
- Develop and design training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives based on identified needs. Create engaging and effective learning materials and resources for employees.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees. Utilise various instructional methods, such as presentations, group activities, and e-learning platforms, to deliver content effectively.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms. Analyse data to measure the impact of learning initiatives and make necessary improvements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including managers, HR professionals, and subject matter experts, to understand business goals and align learning initiatives with organisational objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organisation. Advocate for Learning And Development opportunities and encourage employees to take ownership of their growth.
Key Skills:
- CIPD Level 3 (preferred)
- Experience within an L&D Role
- Be able to design and deliver training programmes
- Understanding the trends within L&D
