Job Description
- Design and implement effective training and Development programmes.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate and execute training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of training initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to align training with business objectives.
- Provide support and guidance to team members.
- Promote a continuous learning culture within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
- A successful Learning and Development Advisor should have:
- CIPD Qualification in Human Resources / Learning and Development, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in designing and implementing training programmes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
