Description
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Project manage new learning programmes and initiatives
- Designing in person and e-learning courses
- Evaluate individual and Organisational Development needs
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
- Act as point of contact for Learning and Development queries for the wider business
- Work on OD programs within the organisation alongside senior stakeholders within the business
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- experience in similar role/responsibilities
- experience developing e-learning programmes
- project management experience
- ability to partner with wider business
- good communication skills
- proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- team management experience
- OD experience in previous organisations
Job Offer
- £60,000 - £65,000
