Learning And Development Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. The Coordinator will be responsible for providing support with our training programs and events, ensuring their smooth execution, and supporting the overall Learning and Development initiatives within the organisation. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing employee satisfaction, operational efficiency, and organisational growth.

Ideal candidates will have experience of working in an administrative role within a similar customer focussed organisation, alongside the following qualifications:

• Relevant Level 3 qualification or willingness to achieve
• Good standard of education (GCSE)

The Bedford College Group was formed in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College and is now the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands, with over 15,000 students passing through our doors each year.
