Role Overview:

We are looking for a committed Personal Development Co-ordinator to ignite students' enthusiasm for sports and physical activities. If you are passionate about fostering a healthy, inclusive, and engaging environment, this role is for you!

A team player, you will be confident to lead sessions, inspiring young people to reach their full potential. Committed to improving the future for young people your passion and creative energy will inspire those in your charge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Organise: Develop and manage an exciting range of extracurricular sports programs, ensuring high student participation and engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Forge strong relationships with local agencies to expand sports opportunities and connect students with existing community programmes.
  • Promote and Evaluate: Effectively promote sports activities and monitor their success through detailed reporting.
  • Coaching and Delivery: Facilitate and deliver sports sessions as part of the broader enrichment curriculum.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work with faculty heads and tutors to link enrichment activities to academic sectors and Personal Development.
  • Enhance Student Experience: Play an active role in managing college social spaces and promoting positive student relationships.
  • Volunteer Programmes: Contribute to a vibrant volunteering programme, encouraging students to engage with both internal and external opportunities.
  • Funding Initiatives: Seek and secure external funding to expand sports opportunities.
