The role
As a L&D Co-ordinator your responsibilities will range from delivering training to managing Learning Circle to make sure Circlers are fully compliant. You will support teams across the whole business, with a focus on Compliance and Funnel Teams (Sales, Service, Ops, CRL). You will need to be passionate about the impact training can have on the business, excited to develop your training skills and learning how to assess training needs. It is also important that you value data, as you'll quickly take the lead on managing Learning Circle - a system that EVERY Circler uses.

What will you be doing?
• Design, develop, deliver and maintain training programs for funnel teams alongside the Funnel L&D team.
• Reinforce and build upon a learning culture in Funding Circle
• Coordinate on-boarding for Funnel Induction, getting them up to speed on our products and processes and instilling our brand and values in every member of the team.
• Monitor and track training effectiveness on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with compliance to design, monitor and report on compliance trainings
• Support & management of LMS (Learning Circle)
• Assist with the launch of new products, initiatives, and system improvements ensuring the sales team is equipped
What we're looking for
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high volume environment
• Able to connect easily with others and demonstrate natural interpersonal & leadership skills
• Systems-savvy - you pick up new data management systems well
• Confident in-person and remote presentation skills (this might be a development area for you)
• You will be regularly required to deliver in-person training in the office, but have a healthy mix of zoom & office delivery
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skill are essential
• Any experience in delivering training is a bonus!
• Previous experience in Sales, Service, Ops or CRL would be a great asset, but not essential for the right applicant
• Previous experience in training structural design tools like Articulate would be beneficial
