The Learning, Talent and Culture team is on a mission to provide awesome service to the rest of the business (our internal 'customers') for all their learning, talent and culture needs. We are working towards creating a seamless and efficient onboarding processes, encouraging and supporting colleagues to make brave moves, providing amazing learning opportunities to develop our colleagues, and ensuring the culture at esure reflects the fantastic people we have working for us.

Our Learning & Development Coordinator will help us get the most out of what we do - supporting the day-to-day management of our learning provision and answering queries for learners or line managers. You will also collaborate with the wider HR team to manage and shape our approach to using data from various sources including learning platforms, apprenticeship programmes and our MyLearning system.

This position is to cover a period of maternity leave for a fixed term contract for 12 months.

What you'll do:

  • We need help with our admin! You will run the L&D admin process, ensuring everything is in the right place, actioned appropriately and be a huge support to our Training & Competence Manager
  • Support with driving and optimising our approach to Learning and drive colleague engagement in our wealth of learning solutions.
  • As part of that objective, you'll partner with the business and HR Business Partners to understand learning needs, help support people to reach their goals and pick the right solution for them, and where necessary create new offerings to fill gaps or new requirements.
  • You'll collaborate with many stakeholders through your role - everything from executive reporting on L&D, creation of communication and events to drive engagement in L&D, through to supporting with theonboarding of new L&D suppliers with Procurement as and when the need arises.

Experience in a Learning and Development Coordinator / Administrator (or similar position) is desirable. Any experience in a wider Talent/Recruitment team would also be great, but if you think you're a good candidate without this experience please do get in touch regardless. We're all about learning!

We can help you build some of the skills in role, providing you have a willingness to learn, to keep on top of things and have a passion for people. You will work both independently and as part of our team, as well as supporting our wider business, so strong interpersonal skills are super important.
