Working from their offices in Northwich, you will be responsible for the transactional processing for their UK&EU entity. Here you will work closely with their Finance Manager and Analyst.
This is a great opportunity for somebody who is confident within an Accounts Assistant role, who is looking for a new challenge.
Reporting into their high calibre Finance Manager, your responsibilities will be as follows:-
- Preparation of weekly payment run, including full processing of invoices
- Monthly payment runs for a smaller entity
- Reviewing and approving staff expense claims
- Production of customer statements and remittances
- Preparation of monthly direct debit collection
- Reconciling debit card receipts to the bank
- Regular bank reconciliations
- Responsible for AR
- First level review of new customer applications
- Audit preparation and assisting while auditors are on site
- Holdings entity management accounts preparation
- Main contact for general Accounts queries
- Any ad hoc tasks required
