Peak Pharmacy is currently recruiting a People Development Manager, based at our Horizon Head Office in Chesterfield. While this is an independent role, you will work closely with the Head of Support Office and other stakeholders to ensure the ongoing Learning and Development for all colleagues within the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs
- Designing and delivering training programmes, including induction sessions
- Evaluating all training activities to ensure alignment with Learning and business objectives, while striving for continuous improvement
- Manging our learning management system
- Processing nominations for further training
- Coordinating training sessions as required
- Providing information, advice, and guidance to colleagues
- Developing and implementing personal development plans
- Offering coaching and mentoring support
- Overseeing our apprenticeship programme to fully utilise apprentice levy funding
- Managing our appraisal process
- Conducting training audits
- Producing and distributing reports
- Maintaining training records on our HR system
- End to end project management
This is a varied and exciting role for someone who is CIPD qualified or is working towards their qualification. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, along with the ability to effectively manage a busy workload.
